I tried testing out the different coolants/moderators to see which one worked the best, and turns out that most of the metal- and alloy- blocks have the same result. I did the test on a reinforced 5x5x5 reactor, with 4 control rods, 12 fuel rods and 15 "moderator" blocks.The RPM of turbines just matters by #Rotors and #Coilblocks. If you go for the optimum of 80 rotor blades (which is 2B steam/tick), you need about 37 enderium blocks (or a blockvalue of 111 - 113, Enderium is a factor of 3). Best rotations are around n * 898. And again, dimension does not matter, only content counts. 1.
