As far as the barrel screws, I torqued them to 5.5 N-m or 48 in-pounds .. Try reducing the action screws to 18 ~ 22 inch pounds. Can't hurt and can always be increased. The manual that came with 455 rifles called for the barrel grub screws to be torqued at 5 n-m which is about 45 inch pounds.The standard heavy-barreled version of the 457, the CZ 457 Varmint 17 HMR has a .866 inch cylindrical barrel. In the end, I was able to slap together a CZ 457 using drop-in parts with comparable accuracy to a Vudoo, but for $1000 less. If money is no object, get the Vudoo.
