Plane of Sky Quests (Old) On live many (but not all) of the quest reward items in Plane of Sky underwent an upgrade after Kunark was released. This upgrade was implemented on Project 1999 in a patch on 7/24/2011. Since then it has become impossible to get the old versions of these items; all of their quests now return the new versions.Ranger . Pretty decent dps . . . snare in groups is very useful now that mobs flee at 20% life . . . tracking is frequently useful . . . Have a nice amount of all-around utility which is seldom needed in groups . . . can bow kite for XP once you get the Tolan's bracer, but it's slow and obnoxious. . . not nearly as bad as people think they are
